Powdered Nitrile Rubber (NBR) is a copolymer synthesized from butadiene and acrylonitrile. It features outstanding resistance to heat, cold, wear, slippage, oil, and solvents, as well as excellent flexibility, plasticizer migration resistance, compression set resistance, and impact toughness enhancement—all of which can be improved simultaneously. In addition, it enhances physical properties, improves chemical resistance, and boosts processing performance. Its toughening effect is several times greater than that of conventional modifiers, making it a superior alternative to similar imported products.

Powdered butadiene rubber is a finely processed elastomer material derived from polybutadiene, widely used to enhance the physical properties of various industrial products. It appears as a free-flowing powder, making it easy to handle, store, and blend with other materials. This form allows for better dispersion in applications such as plastics, coatings, adhesives, and rubber compounds.

One of the key advantages of powdered butadiene rubber is its ability to improve impact resistance and flexibility. When added to plastic formulations, it enhances toughness and reduces brittleness, especially in low-temperature environments. This makes it particularly useful in the production of high-performance plastic products that require durability and resilience.

In adhesive and sealant applications, powdered butadiene rubber contributes to better elasticity, bonding strength, and resistance to cracking. It also helps improve abrasion resistance and wear performance in rubber-based products. Due to its excellent compatibility with various polymers, it can be easily incorporated into different formulations without significantly altering processing conditions.

Additionally, powdered butadiene rubber is valued for its stability and resistance to aging. It maintains its performance under exposure to heat, mechanical stress, and environmental factors. As a result, it is widely used in automotive components, construction materials, and industrial manufacturing processes where long-lasting performance is essential.
