Function

PNBR is polymerized by butadiene and acrylonitrile which can resist heat, coldness, friction, skidding, oil, dissolution, hardness, plasticizer migration stain, compression set, shock and can add tenacity (can be improved at the same time). What’s more, it can improve physical property, chemical resistance, and processing property. It has the effect several times of other flexibilizers which can constitute foreign likeproducts.
PNBR has good consistency with PVC and the modified PVC has following characteristics: better elasticity of the products and hand feel of rubber, higher tensile strength, oil resistance, friction resistance, flexibility resistance and better compression set and recovery ability, stronger weather resistance and aging resistance. It can also prevent plasticizer from separating, migrating and volatilizing. It can improve processing property and stability of the products, skid resistance of shoes, anti-ultraviolet rays ability of products.

Appearance: white or yellow powder; acrylonitrile content: 26-40%; Mooney viscosity: 50-80; grain diameter: 40-80μm.

Application:

(1)Can be used to modify resin such as PVC, PE, PP and so on which can make them have stronger tenacity and shack resistance and other properties.
(2)Can be used to mix and calendar in rubber production, such as rubber overshoes, rubber tube and so on.
(3)Brake pads, sealing materials and so on.
